AfricXRJob – Immersive Tech Capacity Building for Youth
Who Are We?
AfricXRJob is an innovative ecosystem led by a dynamic consortium of regional academic, entrepreneurial, and public stakeholders, including:

At the heart of the project is TalentVerse, a digital twin platform designed to support training, employment, and entrepreneurship in emerging immersive technologies.
AfricXRJob brings together public and private sector actors to create career opportunities for youth and help companies, incubators, and support structures identify talent, define skills needs, and collaborate efficiently using the digital twin environment.
What We Offer
The program offers certified training for students in partnership with global tech leaders such as Autodesk and Epic Games (Unreal Engine) in fields like:
- 3D Design & Production
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Virtual & Augmented Reality
- Gaming & Gamification
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Participants also receive guidance to co-develop functional prototypes that solve real business challenges. Upon completion, students will present their work in a virtual job fair hosted inside the TalentVerse platform — connecting them with companies, incubators, and potential employers.
